She implements a range of manual therapy techniques—including Swedish and deep tissue massage, myofascial release, Active Release Techniques, IASTM, cupping therapy, orthopedic massage, and Thai massage—allowing each session to be fully customized to support recovery, performance, or deep restoration.

what should i wear/ bring to my session?
Wear whatever makes you comfortable. Massage sessions are performed with proper draping, and stretch sessions are completed fully clothed. If you have specific concerns or goals, feel free to mention them when you arrive.
